and abilities to meet specific needs of the employer.
One of the most
important aspects of WINNERs is the long-term follow-along support provided to
the worker and employer - for as long as needed.
If additional
training/support is needed, our Employment Facilitator can return to the work
site, an option that contributes to job
stability.
